Welcome to the website of RSS Construction Projects Ltd (RSS). We are a full-service Structural Rehabilitation Contractor specialising in all aspects of structural, waterproofing, and building envelope repair. We work with clients in all sectors of the construction industry across North West England and North Wales. We are a well established (incorporated in 2005), fully accredited and quality assured contractor. We have an excellent track record of collaborating with Facilities Managers and Decision Makers in order to restore all forms of built assets back to useful life.

As the Managing Director of RSS, it is my personal responsibility to assemble specialist project teams that are capable of delivering successful project outcomes that provide a best value balance of sensible pricing, quality of service and speed of completion. I do so by ensuring that we provide the correct combination of our direct workforce skills and expert management of our comprehensive, quality assured supply chain.

I am a big advocate of performance measurement and I always look to our customers to provide essential feedback on the key issues of our service delivery. By doing so I am able to maintain our database of key performance indicators (KPIs) which enables me to review our performance and continuously identify areas for improvement.
