About Us
Founded by Managing Director Grant Roxburgh, RSS commenced trading in 2005 as a specialist structural repair contractor. Our service has since expanded in order to include prime contracting on a wide range of construction projects. This has led to our appointment as a full supply partner to Cheshire East Council's Low Value Building Works Framework Contract.
From our base in Chester, we are all about solving problems with robust, fully accredited and cost effective solutions, then safely delivering these solutions on time, to budget and in compliance with the performance specification.
When you appoint RSS as your chosen contractor:
- You receive excellent value for money due to our lower overhead and management costs
- You get a more personal and better quality service. With our short management chains our clients can establish close relationships with our managers and directors
- You get a partner that can adapt quickly to your individual needs and can offer services that can often be considered too niche for other companies
- We are innovators. Our size allows us to quickly explore and adopt new technologies and techniques
- You get a service that gives priority to locally based resources and suppliers in order to reduce the carbon footprint of your project
- You work with a company that assists local comunities by employing and training locally based people as well as re-circulating money back into the wider local economy
What our clients say about us
