Founded by our Managing Director Grant Roxburgh, RSS commenced trading in 2005 as a Specialist Structural Rehabilitation Contractor (our homepage provides details on the range of specialist projects we undertake). Grant has accrued over 20 years of experience in managing structural rehabilitation projects and he has a unique range of experience and qualifications:

Time Served Apprentice for a Blue Chip International Chemical Company, Honours Degree Qualified Civil and Structural Engineer, Qualified Health & Safety Practitioner, Accredited Construction NVQ Assessor, Qualified Masonry Defect Surveyor, CSCS Accredited Contract Manager (Black Card Level), Inspector of Built Assets for a COMAH Top Tier Petrochemical Site

Grant takes a hands-on approach to managing every rehabilitation project undertaken by RSS and applies this comprehensive skill set to help customers to consistently achieve best value outcomes.

The RSS service has also expanded in order to include prime / main contracting on construction frameworks. This led to our inclusion on two local public sector low value building work framework contracts. 

From our base in Chester, we are all about solving problems with robust, fully accredited and cost effective solutions, then safely delivering these solutions on time, to budget and in compliance with the performance specification.
