New High Rise Appointment

Repairs and coatings to multi-storey flats.
RSS is delighted to confirm that it has been appointed as main contractor for structural repair and coating works at Regent Court, Southport.
The owners association appointed RSS at the end of a two stage (priced bid and interview) tender process.
High level works will be carried out using a Bronto 46 mobile access platform and the work will be fast tracked for completion during a shutdown of a retail unit contained within the building.
RSS Managing Director Grant Roxburgh commented,"We are thrilled that the flat owners of Regent Court have selected RSS to carry out this work. We have seen off stiff competition by providing a best value solution that will give the client the lowest whole life cost of the necessary repairs".
